Pakbaz, Marc

Marc Pakbaz has 27 years of business management experience behind him. Immediately after obtaining his Master’s degree in Business Management, Marc started his teaching career at the University of Paris XII. While teaching, he also held the position of General Manager of Thomson Financial Services in France, a prestigious worldwide company specializing in providing international financial data.

Marc employed his management expertise at other reputable international companies.  Marc’s aptitude and experience enabled him to guide and consult over 60 different companies; every single one of which enjoyed tremendous achievements as a result of his efforts.

Marc founded Axoro (www.axoro.com), a company specializing in Digital Visual Communications. Axoro  proudly serves customers like Hilton, Grand Hotel, Hines, Bank of America Building, United Nations, and many other prestigious companies and organizations.

Marc joined NIPOC when he moved to California and has been actively involved in all of NIPOC’s activities.    He successfully introduced and established new concepts of digital communication and its use for generating revenue. For example, Mehregan 2011 enjoyed “On Site Digital Media” by Axoro, which provided on site real time information on TV Screens while generating revenue for Mehregan by selling Digital Ad space.

Sayadi, Lohrasb (Ross)

I am very excited to receive your vote for the NIPOC board of directors. Although I was born and raised in the United States, I not only speak Farsi fluently but also hold a deep appreciation of the Persian culture. I am an honors graduate from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Neuroscience and Physiology. As part of my college education, I have become a strong and effective leader in both the biomedical laboratory and my community. As a 22 year old, I hope to introduce more youth to the NIPOC organization and in turn spread our message to future generations. Additionally I hope to effectively utilize the experience I have gained from the Mehregan festival to further strengthen this wonderful celebration. Finally, I will bring both my passion and dedication to the board in order to serve as an effective member and ultimately advance the NIPOC organization.
